All orders placed M-F will be processed within 24 hours. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

No, we provide shipping within the continental US only.

Yes! During checkout, simply select "In-Store Pickup" under the shipping options to collect your order in our store. All pickups will be ready within one business day.

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only and must be made within 10 days of the purchase date (in-store) or the shipping date (online). Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We currently do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions if the item has been in your possession beyond this timeframe. The issue must be reported immediately, before the item is worn or washed, and with the original tags still attached. Once notified, we will promptly work with you to resolve the matter.
